Your ISC Agency serves as a knowledgeable guide, helping families enroll, navigate urgent needs, and connect with available government resources and services.
PUNS (Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services) is the mandatory waiting list for Illinois developmental disability services. You MUST update your record annually to remain active.
ISC (Independent Service Coordination) Agencies manage your PUNS account and help with crisis support.
